Thanks, Paul. Only half of my route is through traffic, and those streets are either wide, low-traffic, or have bicycle lanes. The other half of the route is a bike trail. This city is fairly biker friendly.

Right now it feels like a train rode over my legs, and I can’t imagine wanting to do it for fun, but hopefully I’ll have a basic level of fitness before you get here. :)

That’s awesome! I’m really glad that you’re starting to get out into the exercise front. We should, like, totally ride bikes together when we come and visit you in Victoria (or when we eventually move there after I’m done the schooling). Haha. :P
